I collaborate with trusted partners to provide additional services such as email marketing, social media management, website or landing page design, conversion optimisation, and more.

    In addition, I have dedicated assistants who can help manage my workload when I'm sick, on holiday, or otherwise unavailable. This ensures that your accounts are always in good hands and never left unattended.

  • As a brand, it's crucial to work with a marketer or agency that has experience working with brands in your niche. With my years of experience working across various industries and niches in Australia and New Zealand, I can handle most types of ecommerce businesses in any vertical.

    However, I do impose some limitations. For example, I exclusively work with B2C brands and tend to avoid fitness/healthcare brands as they often require specialised expertise. Instead, I have ample experience in industries like homewares, fashion and apparel, beauty and cosmetics, baby gear, stationery, and other retail niches.

    Unfortunately, I don't work with international brands outside of Australia and New Zealand due to time zone differences.

  • While I have extensive experience with ecommerce brands, I have also worked with online education providers, accountants, coaches, with tested and proven lead generation tactics across different platforms. Consult me to discuss if we are a good fit.

  • Small businesses often struggle to get the attention they deserve in a typical agency setting, where larger, more profitable brands take the spotlight. When you work with me, you can rest assured that your brand will always receive my full attention and resources. I offer a boutique-style service, meaning that I choose to work with a select few clients who I can dedicate my time and expertise to.

    In saying that, there are some basic standards that brands must meet, such as having been in operation for at least 6 months, a proven product or sales history of at least $20k a month, and a solid organic social following or email database. However, I'm open to working with start-ups and new brands as well. Please feel free to contact me, and we can discuss if we are a good fit.

  • My average client spends $10k per month on ads across two channels, and they typically see returns ranging from 3x to 10x. Their average monthly online revenue falls between $60k and $300k. Although I have managed larger spends of up to $30k per month per client, most of the brands I work with fall somewhere in between.

  • Absolutely! I understand the importance of client references in making a decision, and I would be more than happy to provide them upon request. Due to confidentiality reasons, I cannot publicly share them, but I assure you that I have a solid track record and happy clients who can vouch for my work. Just let me know if you would like to receive references and I will be glad to provide them.

  • I like to keep things manageable, so I work with no more than 5 clients at a time. That way, I can give each one the attention and focus they deserve. You'll be in touch with me directly on a daily basis through email or Slack chat. We'll also have monthly meetings to discuss performance, product launches, and refine goals. And as part of my service, you'll get personalised marketing and business advice to help guide your decisions. So rest assured, you'll have my full attention and expertise every step of the way.

  • While some agencies still charge a percentage of ad spend, it doesn't always align with the brand's profitability. Instead, I prefer a fixed monthly fee to ensure clear alignment between the client and myself on scope, growth, and pricing. This pricing model allows for a more focused approach to scaling brands while avoiding any surprises or unexpected costs. Please contact me to learn more.

  • On average, I recommend a minimum ad spend of $3,000 per month for any single channel, in addition to management fees, to see profitable results. With less than that, there is a risk of low or no profit as the revenue generated may not cover the marketing fees and operating expenses.

    To ensure transparency and accountability, I always work with a profit model spreadsheet as the first step to onboarding a new client. This helps to clearly outline deliverables and ensure that the budget is being allocated in the most effective way. In my experience, I have rarely worked with a brand that hasn't at least broken even on their advertising costs, even within the first 3 months!

  • When it comes to adding new channels (by channels we mean platforms, ie. Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tik Tok), I evaluate the amount of additional work required and the impact on the overall strategy to determine if they are the right fit for your business. The addition of a new channel requires significant additional work, and it might incur a separate management fee. However, I offer different pricing packages to suit any business needs and you can save money depending on the number of channels you use.

  • I don't charge additional fees for adding new markets or product categories/services to the account structure. It's all included in the monthly management fee, providing you with the flexibility to grow and scale at your own pace without incurring higher costs.

    However, if the allocated hours for your account increase significantly due to the added complexity, a revision of the contract may be necessary. My goal is to provide transparent pricing and ensure that my clients have the flexibility to adapt to their changing business needs without worrying about unexpected fees.

  • YES! Always. A lot of brands fall victim of this most common marketing crime and end up being left with no ownership or access to their own ad account. Always clarify ownership and access rights before working with an agency or freelancer (even when giving access to employees!).

    It's essential to maintain administrative access to your ad account at all times. This way, you can stay in control and safeguard your proprietary data and historical performance.

  • Yes, as the client, it's your responsibility to pay for ad spend directly to the platform, such as Google or Facebook. Keep your payment methods updated and backed up to avoid defaulting payments, which can lead to account disablement and performance issues.

  • In today's advertising landscape, creative plays a crucial role in the success of a campaign, particularly on visual platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. To ensure that your campaigns remain profitable, it's important to allocate a small budget each month to test audiences and creatives. Failure to do so can result in stagnating campaigns and declining performance. My testing framework is aligned with the Profit Model we use, which guides ongoing growth for your business and ensures alignment with real numbers.
